Refund policy
Returns
Although we take pride in our high quality jigsaw puzzles and believe you'll love them too, we understand sometimes customers may desire a refund. We are more than happy to oblige with requests for a refund.
Please return your order within 14 days after receiving it, and we will grant the full refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. It must be in the same condition you received it.
You should also provide a receipt or proof of purchase in order for the refund to be processed.
We reserve the right to grant a partial refund or decline a refund if the product shows signs of use. This means the item is clearly not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts that are not a result of manufacturing error.
Once we have received your order, we will send a confirmation email to let you know we have received the item. We will then let you know of the status of your refund. If it is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days and credit the account that was originally used to process the payment. Keep in mind this can take up to 10 business days after the refund is processed.

Please note, we are not liable for shipping costs and should you choose to return an item, this will be your responsibility. As such, you may consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any items you return to us.
