Picture on box lid was not full painting. Had to go online & print out a copy of the actual painting! Would never order a puzzle by this manufacturer again. Pieces were also flimsy!

A beautiful challenge. This puzzle was one of the harder ones my spouse and I have done but it was incredibly rewarding as we became much more deeply acquainted with Botticelli's famous painting. The utter genius of Botticelli has never been more apparent to us and we read avidly many articles on the art as we went along. It is worth it for so many reasons. You feel triumphant when your finish and you will have gotten to know one of the treasures of the world.

One of the most famous artworks, that appears uncomplicated; but actually this Rest In Pieces jigsaw puzzle was very difficult, but all the more rewarding to complete. Unusually the sky and sea (about 50% of the puzzle) were easier than the figure of Venus and the scallop shell.

This jigsaw puzzle is gorgeous. The colours are bright, very beautiful, although in truth the original painting is paler. However, this only makes the completed puzzle even more beautiful. The pieces are of the right thickness and fit very well.

Beautiful! My husband and I saw this painting in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, Italy so I was excited to find this puzzle. This was pretty challenging, but it's a high quality puzzle with a clear picture of the art. The puzzle shapes are interesting and the colours are lovely. The pieces have a nice feel to them. This was one of my favourite art puzzles so far.

The puzzle is easy to do, it has quality pieces and it is very beautiful. But it has a flaw, in my opinion, and that is that the colours are retouched from the original painting. They are more alive and clean. Surely this way it is easier to do the puzzle, and the result is very beautiful, but I like that the puzzles of famous paintings respect the image that we all know of those paintings, and that is why for me this puzzle loses part of its charm from Botticelli's original image.

Botticelliās The Birth of Venus has always been one of my favourite classical paintings. I love the colours, the details and how the characters are painted. So I absolutely had to do a puzzle of the painting!
I like Rest In Pieceās puzzles. They have minimal amount of puzzle dust in the box, the pictures on the pieces are good quality and not too shiny. The pieces also have unique enough shapes to keep the puzzle interesting and relatively easy to assemble. The hardest part of this puzzle was the water. I left it last and it was great fun to take on that challenge!

Was a little worried about the pieces fitting well but was very pleasantly surprised! Took about 10 days with whole family doing it on and off. Nice quality and super fun to do. Itās a great size and not really really hard.

Nicely packaged, in the box I get the puzzle and the image, which is handy, because I can use the box to sort the puzzle and have separate image to look at. The pieces are regular shaped, fit perfectly and firm enough so they donāt bend or break. It has easy and more challenging parts as well.
